Media firm gives Detroit digital edge
Despite its need to expand into a larger office space, Beyond Digital Studios, a year-old 3-D animation and digital media company, has no plans of leaving Detroit anytime soon. “The company wants to stay in Detroit and become a destination point for people in the industry like similar areas in Florida and California.” says the article.
The reason Beyond Digital Studios wants to stay right in Detroit is not only because they want to stay where many of the Beyond Digital staffers live, but also because they would like to “keep artists in Michigan schools,” and “keep students interested in it so it can grow and flourish and people will not have to leave the state to get good jobs.”
