The Michigan Avenue Business Association
(MABA) is hosting their second workshop on development financing incentives on
Wednesday, December 5. The topic at hand will be the New Markets Tax Credit and the economic structuring of development
projects. The keynote speaker will be Ernest Zachary of Zachary and Associates.

The workshop will be held 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the UAW Local 22 Hall, located at 4300 Michigan Avenue. There is no cost for this
