Detroit endorses luxury living – over 90 percent of the Kales Building units already leased

Only a tenth of the luxury lofts are still up for grabs at the Kales Building on Adams Avenue in downtown Detroit.

The building, a former 18-story office space, was redeveloped into 117 units of luxury apartments by Mansur Real Estate Services (MRES), an Indianapolis-based real estate development, management and consulting company.  Of those 117 units, 106 have already been leased and 89 are occupied, said Robert Bates, senior vice president of MRES and managing principal of the Kales Building.

‘We are thrilled at the level of acceptance of our beautiful building,” Bates said, “as it reinforces that attractive living downtown with its exciting amenities and assets, will entice people from all over the region to be part of the resurgence that is occurring downtown.”

The Kales Building is located on Adams Ave. and is minutes away from the Hart Plaza, The Detroit Opera House, Comerica Park and the Renaissance Center.
