United Way taking online donations to meet $10,000 matching grant
United Way Southeastern Michigan is taking donations online at http://www.onewaytohelp.org. The group is trying to raise funds to earn at $10,000 matching grant as its campaign wraps up for 2006. Spokesperson Megan Bracket says the organization will continue taking donations after the Nov. 15 deadline, “and they will be matched assuming we haven’t hit that $10,000 mark yet.”To learn more about the United Way’s programs, click here.
