Downtown to get a taste of Eph McNally’s deli this summer

Eph McNally’s Deli,
a Corktown institution, will be opening a second location downtown this
summer. Customers should expect the same quality sandwiches, soups,
salads and bread pudding in the new spot as at the original location;
furthermore, nothing will change at the original location. Co-owner Tom
Arndt states, “We’re leaving it exactly the same as it is now.”

Eph’s Downtown will be located at 608 Woodward, just north of Congress
and the under-redevelopment Vinton Building. Arndt explains the
motivation to expand their sandwich empire as, “the beautiful
renovation of Campus Martius Park.” The dining room will seat 70; July
1 is the targeted opening date.
