2 casual restaurants open at Motor City Casino

Visitors to the Motor City Casino Hotel have two new dining options: a Little Caesars Pizza and Pit Stop Deli, making a grand total of six restaurants at the property.

Little Caesars will be open from 2 to 10 p.m. weekdays and 2 p.m. to 3 a.m. on weekends, and will serve pizza (obvs) by the slice and pie, wings, breadsticks and salads.

Little Caesars also operates inside Joe Louis Arena and Comerica Park, but this is its first location inside a casino hotel. MCC owner Marian Ilitch is co-founder of the pizza chain.

The Pit Stop will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. It features sandwiches, Black Angus burgers, ribs, salads and desserts.

The existing restaurants on the property include Iridescence (fine dining), Assembly Line (buffet), MCC Flames (American bistro) and High Octane Cafe (coffee, sandwiches and ice cream).
