Model D TV: Argonaut Building’s $145M CCS Makeover in New Center
It’s big, it’s bold and it involves restoring a giant funky turntable. This week, Model D TV takes a look at construction at the Argonaut Building in New Center, a $145 million redevelopment project that will become a second campus, student housing and a charter school for the College for Creative Studies. The $145 million redevelopment of the 760,000-square-foot, 11-story Argonaut Building is a big success story for the New Center neighborhood.
