Model D TV: It Came From Detroit

This week’s Model D TV installment looks at the debut of It Came From Detroit — a film that chronicles garage rock in the Motor City and recently premiered at the DIA.

It Came From Detroit — the film that chronicles the rise of Detroit’s garage rock scene —
debuted recently at the Detroit Institute of Art‘s Detroit Film Theatre, bringing scenesters and film buffs
out to celebrate Motor City rockers. Model D TV director/producer Tom Hendrickson was there to capture the scene and talked with the director and some of the players about the movie and the music.
