The State Theatre's overhaul will include a marquee makeover, and some
familiar Fillmore touches also will be added, such as a large bowl of
apples in the lobby. The venue's chandeliers will be redone, and the
lobby will be decorated with posters from the Fillmore's early days in
the 1960s and '70s as well as events at the State.
