Going green and preventing foreclosures were the two hot topics at last week’s tri-county summit, hosted by the city of Detroit.Excerpt:Kathryn Underwood, a city planner with Detroit, proposed creating a

The partnership — which would be modeled
after others in areas such as Grand Rapids — would establish a
