regional partnership for sustainability with all three counties and the
city of Detroit.
The partnership -- which would be modeled
after others in areas such as Grand Rapids -- would establish a
framework to deal with a wide range of environmental and economic
challenges. And the partnership's proposed initial focus would be
energy efficiency.
