Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Detroit Urban Living will host its final Lions game-day open house for 2006 at the Edmund Place Condominiums in Brush Park on Dec.10. Tours will be offered from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Edmund Place — at 291 Edmund between Brush and John R — consists of four 2-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,100 to 2,300 square feet and in price from $239,000 to $395,000. The luxury condos feature 12-foot ceilings, fireplaces, private terraces and whirlpool tubs, as well as a geothermal heating system. The condos have received the NEZ tax abatement, and the developers are also offering mortgages at 1.5% below prime.

Developer/realtor Jan Dijkers says that more tours will be offered in 2007, and encourages interested parties to visit the project’s web site at www.edmundplace.com.
