Lafayette Towers has been purchased by the Northern Group, which recently announced the development of the Cadillac Centre. Terms were not announced.

In a statement, The Northern Group called Lafayette Towers, which
was designed by famed architect Mies van der Rohe, "one of the largest
and purest examples of (his) style in the world."
The Northern Group specializes in revamping noteworthy buildings in urban centers.
