Jan Dijkers and her family took an 8,400-square-foot 1882 Brush Park mansion — once part of the crumbling face of Detroit — and turned it into something to behold — the new Edmund Place condos.

Now the French Second Empire-style home at Brush and Edmund is four luxury condos — with 2-foot ceilings, fireplaces, private terraces and whirlpool
tubs and a geothermal heating system.

Model D TV video director/producer Tom Hendrickson takes you on an insider’s tour with Dijkers. Just click on the You Tube screen below or go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUPfboczYys.
