@water Lofts preview event set for Mar. 25

A
preview event for the @water Lofts project will be held at the
Renaissance Club on Mar. 25, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. This VIP Sales Event
will feature pre-construction pricing for the 225 available units “for
one day only,” according to Chandra Broadnax, director of marketing for
the project’s realtor, Global Group GMAC.

Anyone interested in attending the event must register here. The eight-story building will include a rooftop terrace, fitness center
and direct access to the marina at Tricentennial State Park.

Developer
Dwight Belyue of the Belmar Group was also selected by the DEGC to
develop the parcel directly across the street, the location for a future
phase of the project. A total of 480 residential units are ultimately
planned for the two sites.
