Open house at Lofts @ 55 W. Canfield to feature new model, kick off second phase

Lofts @ 55 W. Canfield in Midtown will unveil its new model at an open house Jan. 27.

The event kicks off the second phase of sales for the project, and will offer five more lofts for sale ranging from $150,000 to $210,000. Buyers will be able to sit down with designers and finish the unit to their tastes.

All 10 units of the first phase sold out in less than three weeks, we anticipate that these five units will also go quickly, says Sabra Sanzotta, Realtor for the project.

The event will be held from 6-10 p.m. in Hubbell Group’s office at 460 W. Canfield, where the model is located.

CreateDetroit will have Detroit propaganda posters from its Detroit Graphics Exposition on display and for sale.

There will be a door prize, entertainment and refreshments, and a chance for interested parties to meet those who have already purchased at Lofts @ 55 W. Canfield. “It’s all about community,” says Sanzotta.
