According to the story:
Tthe shopping center’s owner will spend millions in renovations to make room for 10 new tenants.
Philadelphia-based Forman Mills opened its first Detroit store at 8
Mile and Van Dyke in March. A third store is scheduled to open in
August on Woodward in Highland Park.
