Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick says after his budget address April 12 he will
announce a plan to attract businesses to the city that will involve
Roger Penske and others who helped make Super Bowl XL a success.
Kilpatrick did not give details of the plan, but he says Detroit needs to be as aggressive as Oakland County in wooing business.
