Of Friday’s session, Ficano said:

“I must honestly say it was the most positive meeting I’ve had in the year-and-a-half to two years we’ve been working on this.

“There
is a real sense of getting this done. We have a basic model in this
proposal, now we need to do the fitting and changing to get to
consensus,” Ficano said.
