On Dec. 1, Watermark Detroit will unveil a to-scale model condominium and sales center.

“The bottom line is, on a new construction riverfront property, we thought it was important to build a model to scale,” says Jon Grabowski of Esquire Realty. “Buyers can walk through and see how fantastic the units are — really get to touch and feel.”

The $60 million development includes 6 townhouses, 10 marina homes and 96 condominiums in a 9-story tower. Pricing is approximately $300/square foot. The project architect is Kraemer Design Group.

Grabowski hopes the project will break ground in the spring or summer of 2008.

The Dec. 1 event will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. RSVP to 313-852-7000. Pre-construction pricing will be offered on that day only.

The model and sales center are at 2122 Atwater St., across from the
actual Watermark site, and after the event will be open with regular hours from noon to
5 p.m. daily.
