Hart Plaza will again host Detroit’s techno fest, this year to be called Movement 06: Detroit’s Electronic Music Festival.
About 100 acts — many of them from Germany — will perform, and one stage will be just for Detroit talent.
Detroit techno pioneers and past festival producers Derrick May and
Kevin Saunderson will also perform at the event, May 27-29, along with
world-renowned talent such as Windsor DJ Richie Hawtin, Detroit techno
innovator Carl Craig, ambient producers Orb and acclaimed techno
producer Josh Wink.
