SCI Marketview is not opening its first but second office in downtown Detroit this spring. The Toronto-based tech firm is opening an office in the Chrysler House that will complement its existing office in the Renaissance Center.
"This is an opportunity to maximize our growth," says Alan Bird, president & CEO of
SCI Marketview. The company is already working with members of the Big 3 and expects to leverage this new office for even more growth in the North American auto industry.
SCI Marketview has developed an enterprise lead management system that aggregates and delivers sales leads to automotive dealers. The 100-person firm currently employs a dozen people at its Renaissance Center office. It will employ another half dozen at its office in the Chrysler House. It's total Detroit presence is expected to grow to 22 people this year.
"We were going to the Dime Building (recently renamed Chrysler House when Chrysler set up an office there earlier this month) with or without Chrysler being there But it's a nice benefit having Chrysler moving in now," Bird says.
