It was a year to remember in Detroit. People with ideas evolved into people who did and made things. Sure, they did that last year and the year before that, but it seems more and more like 2011 could be remembered as a time when innovation and growth really began tipping; and the mass of doers and makers started to look critical. There is lots, lots lots going on and Marvin Shaouni is in the middle of most of it. Here is a sampling of his best work. Very good work, indeed:
