The 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year is Nailah Ellis-Brown, founder of Ellis Island Tea. The maker of Jamaican hibiscus bottled tea, Ellis-Brown has grown her brand from its 2008 roots to now being sold in more than 1,500 stores nationwide.
