Excerpt:
Time Inc.'s CEO Ann Moore will be in Detroit in January to give the "back story" on what brought the national publication to the city.
Inforum will host Moore at a Jan. 15 luncheon at the Detroit Marriott, Renaissance Center.
Moore is expected to discuss why
Time

immersed in the city and region, what the magazine hopes to learn from
the experience, how the project fits into a culture of innovation and
why such projects "are to be embraced, rather than feared, at a time of
great change."
"Time Inc.'s Assignment Detroit project is a
bold experiment in journalism that presents a great opportunity for
Detroit and the Detroit region," said Terry Barclay, CEO of Inforum and
