Third annual Target Business Connection Forum Thursday

Target Business Connection Forum will be held on Thursday, May 29, from 8 a.m. to noon at Cobo Exhibition & Conference Center. The forum provides businesses in Detroit with important contracting opportunities and financial resources. This year small and start-up businesses, as well as people looking to establish such, are encouraged to attend.

Vendors will be on hand and attendees can attend one of three business-focused workshops: City of Detroit Directors: Announces new contracting opportunities for small Detroit businesses; Local Resources for Detroit Businesses: Provides information on the certification process, online services, business plan development and supplier applications; Show me the Money: Explores small business loans from traditional lenders and alternative funding resources that includes a panel discussion and Q&A.
