The host committee here is doing an outstanding job of creating an organized, efficient environment. Everything is laid out nicely for the media. Detroit is fairly easy to navigate. The city is ready for the event, and is not overwhelmed by it. The people here have been extremely gracious and friendly. Almost ridiculously so. Security is everywhere.
So as much as I prefer the Super Bowl to be in the southern part of the country, I'll take Detroit over Jacksonville any day.
