About 18 single men and 20 single paid $40 each for a night of "speed dating" on the People Mover recently.
According to the story:
With the women split evenly between five People Mover stops, the men used the monorail to shuttle between the stations. Each guy had three minutes to chat and see whether there was a connection with the waiting woman before he moved on to the next potential match. Then it was on to the next group.
