SMART is holding two public hearings on the changes Thursday. The first is at 11 a.m. on the ninth floor in the SMART offices at 600 Woodward, Detroit. The second is at 4 p.m. in the library of Covenant High School and Academy, 11685 Appleton, off Plymouth Road in Redford Township.
