A contract valued at $5.5 million has been signed with USA Shade &
Fabric Structures Inc. of Costa Mesa, California for the installation
of the tensile canopy structure at the Rosa Parks Transit Center
currently under construction. A local fabrication plant will receive work estimated at 40 percent of the total contract.
Excerpt:

for its "signature design" and architectural "flair." It also will
provide weather protection for passengers as they wait to board DDOT
buses.
