A sale of two of the three Riverfront Towers has gone through, to a New
Jersey-based developer, after 10 proposals from potential buyers were
received for the property in a five week period.

"This is going to remain the primo rental property in Detroit," said
Mark Rohr, a partner in the Birmingham office of Phoenix-based Hendricks & Partners,
which brokered the deal. "The feeling was that this is a real bargain,
and will be a great long-term investment as Detroit improves."
