The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy has announced the Detroit International River Days, a six-day festival featuring music, maritime
activities including a bass fishing tournament and the much-loved
massive fireworks display that is one of the region’s most-popular

summertime family traditions,” Detroit Mayor Kwame M. Kilpatrick said
