Kilpatrick
won't discuss details of a would-be deal, saying, "The best thing about
the negotiations is they have been very private and that's what has
moved this process. It's gotten us closer to a decision sooner. The
conversations are going well. I'm hopeful, but we're not at the finish
line yet."
