The two Mina Group restaurants at MGM Grand will be helmed by Tribute executive chef Don Yamauchi.

Yamauchi will be executive chef of Bourbon Steak, a steakhouse, and Saltwater, a seafood restaurant, said Kristin Koca McLarty, vice president of public relations and marketing for Mina Group.
Yamauchi’s first day is scheduled to be Sept. 1, and the restaurants are scheduled to open later this fall.
