White Stripes' Meg White has donated one of her drum kits to be
auctioned to raise money to help Detroit music scene lynchpin Jim Shaw,
who is battling against cancer.
The kit, which can be seen in
the video for the band's 2003 hit 'The Hardest Button To Button'
(scroll down to watch the video), is one of several lots going under
the hammer at the Jim Shaw Rock'n'Roll Benefit on February 7 at the
Cpop Gallery venue in Detroit.
