Ferchill paused a moment and then said, "Doing a project like this
takes people who have a real fortitude to them. It takes the kind who
really want to take a chance. The leadership in Detroit knew they
needed something that would energize the town. They want this to work."
"When they saw there was an opportunity for a big-time project like
this, they went to the well and came up with the support. Cleveland
doesn't have that kind of vision. It used to. Maybe it will again."
