Hertel looks to propose Detroit transit authority in April

Transit czar John Hertel is hoping to propose a regional transit authority by April, which would, if approved, have the ability and power to build a transit system that incorporates metro Detroit, as well as the Detroit.Excerpt:“If you’re going to have a mass transit that serves the three counties
