Chicago-based General Growth Properties Inc., developers of the Shoppes at Gateway, are bullish about their prospects with national retailers for the project.

Vice president of urban land development Lyneir Richardson said the company has been in talks with nationally known
retail chains and is confident that the project will get off the ground
