Good Girls Go To Paris makes 17 varieties of the thin paper-thin pancake -- both sweet and savory. There is an actual line for the crepes. I don't need to tell you that this is a rarity for any business, never mind one downtown. I think it's partly due to the fact that owner / founder / former French teacher Torya Blanchard makes each fresh while you wait. Yes, it takes a few minutes. But it is worth it. Think fresh strawberries for the sweet crepes and fresh mushrooms for the savory crepes. Mmm.
