Detroit’s three casinos had together their best month ever in terms of revenues in March.
According to the story:
The casinos together brought in more than $114.6 million for the month — according to
data reported from the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
Revenue is the amount kept by each casino after paying winners but before paying taxes, wages and other expenses.
In March, the three casinos collectively paid nearly $13.9 million in
gambling taxes to the state, and $13.6 million to the city of Detroit.
