Beal Company is representing the owners for the sale, with Bank of America handling the financing. architectural firm working on the project, said the financial closing is
expected to be finished by early next week, with Bank of America and
other financial entities providing financing.
"It's as real as it gets," Kraemer said. "It's exciting. It's a real deal."
