Angelina’s Bistro will feature European/Mediterranean food with
Italian, French, and Spanish influences. The owners are Thomas Agosta,
an operations manager of the popular Traffic Jam restaurant, and
Michael Viviano, the former executive chef at the Marion Oaks Golf
Course in Howell.
