Jon Grabowski, president of Detroit-based Esquire Properties, said prospects are good for 1001 Woodward’s success.
Grabowski handles condo sales for the Westin Book Cadillac Detroit, several complexes to be constructed on the ast riverfront, and The Griswold Capital Park, just west of 1001 Woodward. Griswold has sold nearly 50 of its 80 planned units since a pre-registration event March 30.
“There’s
a growing demand for higher-priced, luxury, designer condos from buyers
living out-of-state and in the Grosse Pointes and Oakland County. They
want to be centrally located, and unfortunately until now there was a
lack of supply right near the financial district.”
