Garden Lofts in Brush Park sells out 62 units preconstruction in 12 hours
Crosswinds Communities’ Garden Lofts at Woodward Place on Winder in Brush Park sold all 62 units in its south building during a 12-hour event Oct. 15 and 16.
Prospective residents picked out their desired units by touring them online. No model of the units was constructed. Prices ranged from the $150,000s to the high $200,000s.
There was a very eclectic mix of buyers ranging from a young couple with a baby to empty nesters, says Kent Kennedy, director of marketing for Crosswinds.
“It was great to see. All these people really wanted to live here, not just invest and sell after construction,” Kennedy says. “People were sticking around after they signed purchase agreements to mingle with their new neighbors.”
The units should be finished next winter, completing Phase I of the project.
