A
Fed/Ex Kinkos will be moving into the first floor of The Ellington in
Midtown, which now has 70 percent of its commercial space and 60
percent of its residential units spoken for.

The Ellington, located on the corner of Woodward and Mack, has
12,000 square feet of commercial space. Its other tenants include a
Starbucks and LaSalle bank with drive-thru ATM. For the remaining
commercial space, they are seeking a delicatessen-type restaurant or
small grocery or food venue.

Residential space has also been filling up quickly. More than 60
percent of the 55 residential units have been sold. Construction of the
project, including the commercial space, is expected to be complete in
June, when the first residents will move in.
