Detroit Synergy reaches back to 1925 for gala fundraiser

Detroit Synergy will host its inaugural fundraiser on Oct. 22 at the historic Dossin mansion in Grayhaven Marina Village on the riverfront in Jefferson East.

The event is themed around the year 1925 — the year the home was built. Its Prohibition era construction features the original speakeasy basement bar, connecting boat well, as well as Michigan-themed Art Deco details.

The event promises to be unique experience that includes expansive views of the canals leading to the Detroit River, great architecture, complimentary hors d’oeuvres by metro-Detroit’s premier restaurants, period-themed beverages, exquisite surroundings both indoors and out, and great fun.
