Cliff Bell's

Feb. 21, 9 p.m.

Alternatives for Girls, a local non-profit in Detroit that offers safety and opportunity for high risk girls through mentorship and empowerment, needs some help. You can be part of that help simply by attending a fabulous vintage fashion show.

Partners Lost & Found Vintage and Pure Detroit will dazzle you with glittery mid-winter fashions while DJs from Haute to Death will provide the runway atmosphere. Afterward, the touted alt-rock band Octopus will perform.

A well rounded night of music and fashion all for a great cause is only $10 at the door or $5 with an item donation (including unused body wash, plastic ware, and winter hats, scarves or gloves). Spend your Sunday supporting local activists, a local venue, independent business and musicians. Dress your best. We’ll see you there. Hair and Make up will be provided by stylists from salons FIGO, Salon 6, Flip and the Dye Salon.

Sunday, Feb. 21, 9 p.m. at Cliff Bell’s, 2030 Park Avenue, downtown Detroit.
