The Grandmont Rosedale community is made up of five neighborhoods. North Rosedale Park, Rosedale Park, Grandmont, Grandmont #1 and Minock Park are among the city's most desired residential communities. First developed in the 1920s, these neighborhoods have custom-built homes, many in the Tudor, colonial, and Arts and Craft style.
