Well, wow. It’s the return of Girls Girls Girls, a gorgeous three-headed showcase that thrilled rock fans at New Center’s City Fest and now takes the stage again this weekend at Small’s. The night features bands led by Carolyn Striho (pictured), Rachel May and Vivian George.

Striho, who’s known to longtime Detroit rockers for her contributions to the Cubes, Detroit Energy Asylum and has performed with Patti Smith, has a newish album called Honesty. May fronts la femme-metal band Broadzilla. Alt-country chanteuse George has several recording under her belt, the latest Shameless. Jamie Davis also shows art and musical merch will be for sale.

Show begins around 8:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 6. Small’s Bar is at 10339 Conant, in Hamtramck.
