It features Joel Peterson’s string ensemble followed by James Cornish, baritone horn, K. Natasha Foreman, shamisen, Tim Flood, double bass, Kurt Prisbe, percussion with dancers Megan Montgomery and Alan Horn. Aug. 27, at Public Pool, 3309 Caniff, Hamtramck. Start at 8 p.m., on the nose. Donations accepted at door.
