“It’s a beautiful building and a great
location, so, yes, things are moving in a positive direction,” said
Cindy Warner, who founded Northpointe Food Ventures in 2005.
Zaccaro’s will offer a wide variety of produce
from Michigan farms, an in-house bakery and pastry shop, wine and a
range of delicatessen meats and cheeses, seafood, and ethnic cuisine,
including Italian, Asian, Jewish and Greek, Warner said.
The store also will feature an extensive prepared food menu.
